To ensure information security or privacy, Printix Go enables user-authenticated printing with PIN or building access card on your multifunctional printer (MFP).
Users can print to a secure network, authenticate with ease, and retrieve jobs at any printer when necessary, even on the go.
Authentication
Authentication secures the multifunction printers (MFPs) and documents printed, copied or scanned by requiring employees to authenticate prior to any operation. Users are verified against Microsoft Azure AD, Google G Suite or AD.
Cards and ID codes with optional PIN codes can be used for user identification. All MFPs are locked until the employee has been authenticated and positively identified.
Printix Go currently supports printers and MFPs from Epson, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, Ricoh and Xerox. Please contact us to hear about planned support for additional vendors.
Scan to Email from Your Printer
Printix GO supports scan to email so you can easily send scanned documents to your mailbox as attachments.
No need to change existing card readers
A large variety of card readers are supported with Printix Go, including Elatec, HID, RFIdeas and more.
Card readers also support a wide variety of cards including Mifare, HID Prox, EM, Hitag, iClass, Indala, Legic and many more.
Printix does not sell card readers and cards. Please refer to the documentation provided by the supplier of your card reader.
